How to maintain a longer service life of homogeneous PVC flooring

1. Sand and gravel protection: A sand and gravel protective mat should be placed at the door of the room or hall where homogeneous PVC floors are used to prevent shoes from bringing sand and gravel into the room and scratching the floor surface;

2. Protection when transporting items: When transporting items, especially when there are sharp metal objects at the bottom, do not drag them on the floor to prevent damage to the floor;

3. Firework protection: Although the homogeneous PVC floor is a fire-resistant floor (B1 level), it does not mean that the floor will not be burned by fireworks. Therefore, when using homogeneous PVC flooring, do not put burning cigarette butts, mosquito coils, or electrified objects on the floor. Place irons and high-temperature metal objects directly on the floor to prevent damage to the floor;

4. Regular floor maintenance: Use neutral detergent to clean homogeneous PVC floors. Do not use strong acid or alkali detergents to clean the floor. Do regular cleaning and maintenance work;

a. Daily maintenance: Use a clean 90% dry mop to clean the homogeneous PVC floor. Partial cleaning is required for serious pollution;

b. Monthly maintenance: Clean the ground, and wax the partially damaged ground.

5. Pollution treatment: The ink, food, grease, etc. stained on the homogeneous PVC floor should be wiped off the dirt, and then scrubbed with diluted detergent. If the remaining black leather shoe prints are difficult to remove, you can use veil-soaking perfume to scrub. Do not scrub with dilute detergent. Pour rosin water on the floor to clean it, and add wax after scrubbing;

6. Note: Do not use cleaning balls or knives to clean the homogeneous PVC floor. For dirt that cannot be cleaned by conventional methods, please consult relevant personnel;

7. Chemical protection: Avoid large amounts of water remaining on the homogeneous PVC floor surface for a long time. If the water soaks the homogeneous PVC floor for a long time, it may penetrate into the bottom of the floor and cause the floor glue to melt and lose its adhesive force. It may also cause the protective wax on the floor surface to stratify and cause damage to the floor. Pollution, or sewage may penetrate into the floor and cause discoloration of the floor (homogeneous PVC floor);

8. Sunlight protection: Avoid direct exposure to strong light, and expose the homogeneous PVC floor to ultraviolet rays to prevent discoloration and fading of the floor.
