Which ground can lay the PVC flooring directly?

The PVC homogeneous vinyl flooring is a highly wear-resistant PVC floor made of pure PVC by adding other materials.But if the quality is poor, it is not wear-resistant, how can the quality of the homogeneous core PVC floor be different? Generally,we can use the following points of common sense to distinguish the quality of the floor:

01 Whether wear-resistant

Homogeneous transparent floor is composed of PVC and filler and plasticizer, not pure PVC structure,wear detection can easily distinguish the degree of wear, the more difficult to wear, it means that the floor in the shoddy material less, the higher the quality of the floor.

European standard, the wear resistance level of PVC floor from high to low is T,P,M,F,T level is almost zero wear. Therefore, we commonly see the floor is below the T level, strictly speaking, T level can only appear in the multi-layer composite PVC floor with pure PVC wear-resistant layer.

02 Eye observation

Look at the floor from the cross section of the floor, if the floor interface is the same material in each position,this is a good floor from a good factory. If the middle layer looks similar to the powder loading state, it proves that the stone powder content is too high; If the middle layer is found to have fine holes, it proves that the floor is not dense enough

03 Whether the floor is directional or not

Non-directional flooring is of slightly higher quality for the same grade and conditions.

04 Surface PU, PUR treatment

PU is polyurethane surface treatment, because the floor is composed of PVC and filler and plasticizer,etc., the surface is not without capillary holes that are difficult to see by the naked eye, so the surface is sealed with a layer of polyurethane, the capillary holes are blocked, so as not to penetrate the dirty objects into the floor.

PUR is the deep strengthening treatment of polyurethane, the calendering process,the polyurethane penetration to the entire thickness of the floor, so that even if there is constant wear, its dirt is difficult to penetrate,this technology is widely used in Europe to produce the middle and high grade homogeneity through the core floor manufacturers.
